CORONATION DINING

Inspired by dishes from Queen Elizabeth II’s coronation in 1953 and some of King Charles’ favourite foods, the Coronation menu will feature delights including Pheasant crumble pie and Coronation trifle, created using Searcys new signature gin, seasonal poached Lincolnshire rhubarb and, as a tribute to the new King, an edible postage stamp on top.
