Summer break

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml gin
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 25ml sugar syrup
  • 1 sprig of mint
  • 1 slice of watermelon

METHOD

  • Add 50ml of gin, 25ml of lemon juice and 25ml of sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and shake well
  • Strain into a glass with ice
  • Serve with mint and watermelon
