No wastage martini

INGREDIENTS

• 50ml gin
• 10ml Champagne infused with roasted olives
• 10ml Vermouth
• 1 lemon
• A drop of basil oil

METHOD

• Add the gin, Champagne and Vermouth to a large glass with ice and stir
• Pour into a martini glass
• Add a drop of basil oil and garnish with lemon
