Melon Mind

INGREDIENTS

  • 30ml Vodka
  • 20ml Midori
  • 10ml Blue Curacao
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 25ml sugar syrup
  • Ice
  • Soda to top
  • 1 sprig of mint
  • One slice of melon, cut into cubes

METHOD

  • Add the ice, vodka, midori, blue curacao, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a large wine glass and stir
  • Garnish with ice and melon cubes
