Honeycomb Mocha

An indulgent treat with delicious honeycomb

INGREDIENTS 

  • 18g espresso
  • 28g dark hot chocolate
  • 2 pumps honeycomb syrup
  • 240g semi-skimmed milk
  • 5g honeycomb

METHOD

  • In a short heatproof glass or latte cup mix espresso, hot chocolate and honeycomb syrup together into a paste with a splash of hot milk.
  • Top with steamed milk and garnish with honeycomb.
