Alessio Aufiero, our head mixologist, who created the Bonfire cocktail says: “I use the acidity from the apple, the sweetness from the Grenadine and the smokiness from the whiskey to connect all the flavours together.”

Fruity and smoky (contains eggs)


  • 35ml Bruichladdich whiskey
  • 15ml cherry liquor
  • 50ml apple juice
  • 25ml grenadine
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 dashes of chocolate bitter


  • Combine the ingredients, stir, strain into the glass.
  • Garnish with chocolate bitter.
