Berries in the jungle

INGREDIENTS

  • 40ml gin
  • 10ml banana liquor
  • 50ml apple and passion fruit
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 1 apple
  • 1 blackberry
  • Banana leaf

METHOD

  • Add 40ml of gin, 10ml of banana liquor, 50ml of apple and passion fruit and 25ml of lemon juice into a cocktail mixer
  • Add ice and shake
  • Pour the contents out into a short glass filled with ice
  • Garnish with a blackberry, apple slices and banana leaf
