BEETROOT RED VELVET HOT CHOCOLATE

A rich and decadent take on hot chocolate

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 tsp (3g) Beetroot powder
  • 28g Dark hot chocolate
  • 240g Semi-skimmed milk

METHOD

  • In a short heatproof glass or latte cup mix beetroot powder, hot chocolate and a splash of hot milk into a paste.
  • Top with steamed milk to serve.
