The Helix restaurant offers a seasonal set menu from Monday to Thursday every week. Our chefs look within the UK to source fresh, seasonal ingredients to create contemporary British dishes for you to remember. Our squid comes from Cornwall, the beef from the Lake District, and the mussels from Carmarthen Bay, while beetroot comes from Evesham and the rhubarb from Yorkshire’s celebrated rhubarb triangle.
